PAncada expresses frustration with Sentinels’ 6-man roster situation

Bryan “pANcada” Luna Expresses Frustration with Playing Time on Sentinels VALORANT Roster

In a recent stream clip, Bryan “pANcada” Luna openly expressed his dissatisfaction with the amount of playing time he has been receiving on the Sentinels VALORANT roster. He took to social media on Nov. 17 to share his frustration.

The Clip and Translation

“Pra que essa mira toda se nem jogo,” pANcada captioned the clip on Twitter, which translates to “why all this aim if I don’t even play?”[source]

Sentinels’ Six-Man Roster

Sentinels currently has a six-man roster for the 2024 OFF//SEASON, which includes pANcada, his former teammate Gustavo “Sacy” Henrique Rossi da Silva, Zachary “zekken” Patrone, Tyson “TenZ” Ngo, Mouhamed “johnqt” Amine Ouarid, and Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro.

Competition for Starting Spot

pANcada and Zellsis both fill the controller role and use the same main agent, Omen. This puts them in direct competition for the starting spot on the Sentinels roster. However, Zellsis has also shown versatility by using other controller agents like Viper and occasionally flexing onto other roles. This opens up the possibility of a lineup that features both pANcada and Zellsis as starters, or a rotation based on the map they’re playing.

Frustration Continues

Despite these possibilities, pANcada’s frustration remains evident. In recent show matches, he had limited playtime and performed poorly. In one match, he didn’t even play for Sentinels and instead joined another team. His critical tweet and Instagram story further reflect his dissatisfaction with his current position on the team.

Many fans share pANcada’s concerns and hope that he will receive more playing time during the 2024 season. Speculations arise about him potentially returning to Brazil in search of better opportunities.
