Ludwig’s Fortnite Monday Streamer Event Set to Return for a Second Week
Ludwig, a popular YouTube content creator, is bringing back his Fortnite Monday streamer event after a successful first run.
After featuring high-profile content creators from YouTube and Twitch in the first event, Ludwig took to social media to announce a second event. He stated that if his Twitter post received 50,000 likes, he would host Fortnite Monday again the following week.
Ludwig’s post surpassed 50,000 likes by a large margin. Yesterday, he responded to his own Twitter post, instructing those interested in captaining a team to send him a direct message.
Fortnite Monday started at around 4:30pm CT this week and featured influencers like xQc, Pokimane, HasanAbi, Valkyrae, Sykkuno, and QTCinderella, among others.
According to figures from Esports Charts, the event amassed over 700,000 hours watched across all channels. It reached a peak of nearly 300,000 viewers and had an average of 266,747.
xQc was the most-watched content creator during the tournament, with 285,680 hours watched. HasanAbi, despite not being featured in the promotional posts, came in second with 75,813 hours watched. Valkyrae, the most-watched female content creator and YouTuber, ranked third with 74,779 hours watched.
