The Return of VCT with Kickoff Tournaments
Exciting news for VALORANT fans! After a long wait, the tier-one VALORANT competition, VCT, is set to return in February. The Kickoff tournaments will kickstart the action in each region, including the VCT Pacific 2024 Kickoff tournament in Seoul, South Korea. All 11 teams will be part of this thrilling tournament.
The New Format of Kickoff Tournaments
In 2024, the Kickoff tournaments will have an adjusted format. They will play a crucial role in determining the teams that will participate in the first international VCT event of the year, Masters Madrid. After the Kickoff tournaments, the teams will continue playing in their respective regions, following a schedule similar to the 2023 VALORANT season. The journey will culminate in the Masters Shanghai event in May.
