XQc supports Adin Ross’s controversial comments on homosexuality

Adin Ross, a fellow streamer, went on a homophobic rant against a viewer, but XQC supported him, saying that his reaction was “justified.”

Ross’s fellow Kick streamer TrainwrecksTV got into a heated argument with a viewer who said he was encouraging vulnerable people to gamble. Ross then joined the fight and said things that have been heavily criticized.

The homophobic rant from Ross included ableist comments. He told the viewer to hurt themselves by saying, “Kill yourself, please die,” and he called a friend of the viewer who became addicted to gaming a “complete fucking retard.”

The majority of responses to the rant were negative, but Twitch streamer xQc does not agree. He said the rant was “justified” because of what the watcher had said in chat before.

xQc said in his stream, “I do not care what you say if you risk someone is life. You can say whatever you want.” He then added, “Everything is on the table.”

People who saw XQC’s comments on Reddit said the same things Ross did: they were “shocking” and “pieces of shit support pieces of shit.”

Someone else joked that xQc might be “responsible for selling out” his town and “shoving gambling down their fracking [sic] throats.” Someone else said that racism, hate speech, and other similar things were happening more and more in streaming and that they had become “so accepted.”

Recently, HasanAbi said that Twitch was “fucking stupid” for banning people for using a racist slur in chat, and Asmongold said that SeanDaBlack was “advocating for genocide.”

XQc’s recent comments are not the first time the former professional Overwatch player has caused trouble. He was even kicked out of the Overwatch League for making homophobic comments.
