Yes, you can trade Sobble, Drizzile, and Inteleon in Scarlet and Violet, like any other Pokémon. You may not want to give away the special Inteleon from the Tera Raid. But you can breed it to get more Sobble. Then, trading with others becomes super easy.
Trading is one key way to get Sobble and its evolutions in Scarlet and Violet if you don’t win the special Tera Raid.
Another way is to wait for Pokémon Home to work with the Gen IX games. Then, you can transfer Sobble, Drizzile, or Inteleon from Sword and Shield. Until then, winning the Tera Raid or finding someone to trade with is your best shot.
