Potential Landing Spots for Perkz if he Departs from G2 in the Upcoming Offseason

G2 Esports’ Perkz on the Market: Potential Suitors

Recently, there have been reports that G2 Esports’ star player, Perkz, is being shopped by the team. With a reported buyout clause of around $5 million, several top contenders in the professional esports scene are vying for the chance to sign this talented player.

Whether Perkz ends up in North America or stays in the LEC, he is sure to be a strong asset for any team looking to excel in 2021. As one of the best players currently available, Perkz has the potential to significantly impact the fate of whatever team he joins.

Potential Suitors for Perkz

TSM

Perkz joining TSM in 2021 could be a dream scenario for the team. With their longtime mid laner Bjergsen retiring, TSM needs a player of Perkz’s caliber to fill the void and remain a strong competitor in the LCS. With key pieces already in place, adding a former Worlds finalist like Perkz would be the perfect addition to TSM.

Cloud9

Cloud9 is reportedly Perkz’s preferred destination if he leaves G2. While the fit may not be as obvious as with TSM, there is certainly room for Perkz on C9. Joining C9 would also reunite Perkz with his former G2 teammate Zven, with whom he had previous success winning LEC titles. C9 may need to make some roster changes, but acquiring Perkz would significantly boost their chances of winning domestically and internationally.

Team Vitality

If Perkz wishes to stay in the LEC but move away from G2, Vitality could be a reasonable option. While the team had a disappointing season with a record-low number of wins, they have talented players like Comp and Cabochard. With Perkz on board, Vitality could quickly rise to the top of the LEC and become a serious contender in the European scene.

100 Thieves

Although it may be a longshot, 100 Thieves could be a potential fit for Perkz. The team could benefit from his skills in the mid lane or even in the bottom lane, following the departure of their veteran ADC Cody Sun. Adding Perkz would instantly elevate 100 Thieves to contender status, but they may face stiff competition from other teams in free agency.
