League of Legends: Upcoming Nerfs for Taliyah, Senna, Vayne, Brand, and Others in Patch 12.10b by Riot

Riot Games Adjusts Champions in League of Legends After Patch 12.10

Riot Games has made changes to the meta in League of Legends following the application of Patch 12.10, which introduced a game-wide durability update. This update increased the health and resists of champions across the game’s roster. However, the developers have already started to make adjustments to these changes.

Champions Getting Nerfed in the B Patch

The lead designer of Summoner’s Rift, Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison, has provided details on the champions getting nerfed in the B patch. These champions include Taliyah, Senna, Kayle, Anivia, Vayne, and Brand. These champions were prioritized by the developers and will be the first to receive changes along with the addition of various buffs.

Taliyah and Significant Nerfs

Taliyah, who became a priority pick in the mid lane after her rework, is receiving significant nerfs. According to U.GG, she currently has one of the highest win rates among champions, sitting in fourth place with a 54.8 percent win rate. As a result, she will see reductions to her bonus movement speed near walls, as well as nerfs to her Threaded Volley’s worked ground damage and slow. Her Unraveled Earth slow will also be nerfed, with the stun duration set to a static 0.75 seconds.

Other Champions Seeing High Win Rates

Three other champions on the list have also experienced a significant increase in win rates. Senna has a 54.8 percent win rate in Platinum ranks and higher, while Anivia has a 54.6 percent win rate. Kayle has performed well in both the mid and top lanes, with a 54.6 percent win rate as a mid laner and a 53.9 percent win rate in the top lane.

Changes and Nerfs for Senna, Anivia, and Kayle

Senna will receive a nerf to her base health and passive damage to make her more vulnerable in lane. Anivia’s Q cooldown will be increased by one second at all levels, and her E damage at later levels will be reduced. Kayle will face small nerfs to her base health growth, base magic resistance, and damage to her E on-hit.

Players can find the complete details of all the changes in Patch 12.10b in the League client’s Patch Notes tab on the home screen.
