KT Rolster Makes New Acquisitions with Bdd and Snowflower

KT Rolster Signs Gwak “Bdd” Bo-seong and No “SnowFlower” Hoi-jong

KT Rolster has announced the signing of former KINGZONE DragonX mid laner Gwak “Bdd” Bo-seong and former SuperMassive support No “SnowFlower” Hoi-jong. Bdd, one of the top mid laners in Korea, will join KT after a successful 2018 season. Despite KINGZONE’s struggles during the Summer Split, Bdd’s individual performance remained impressive. Snowflower, returning to Korea after a stint in Turkey, brings his championship experience from SuperMassive. KT has also re-signed top laner Song “Smeb” Kyung-ho and jungler Go “Score” Dong-bin, with the AD carry position still vacant.

Impressive Performances and Championship Experience

Bdd had a strong start to 2018, winning the LCK Spring Split and securing a top-two finish at the Mid Season Invitational. Although KINGZONE faced difficulties during the Summer Split, Bdd continued to showcase his skill. Snowflower, during his time with SuperMassive, won the TCL Winter and Summer splits and participated in Rift Rivals, Mid Season Invitational, and World Championship. However, the team fell short in advancing past the play-in stages in both international tournaments.

Continuing Success for KT Rolster

KT Rolster is coming off their most successful season since the formation of the LCK in 2015. They secured the LCK 2018 Summer Split title, their first domestic championship since 2014. Despite their strong performance, they were eliminated in the World Championship quarterfinals by Invictus Gaming, the eventual tournament champions.
