Chiller Grenade Coming to Fortnite: Battle Royale
Get ready for a new winter-themed addition to Fortnite: Battle Royale.
The Chiller Grenade is set to arrive in Fortnite soon, as announced in today’s in-game News message. “Give your enemies cold feet with this winter blast,” the message says.
This grenade could be a great addition to the explosive weapon class, depending on its damage output. Season seven saw the removal of the Clinger grenade and the retirement of the Quad Launcher, so players who enjoy dealing explosive damage will likely be excited about the upcoming Chiller Grenade.
The Common Grenade in Fortnite inflicts 100 damage to players, 375 damage to structures, and can be stacked up to 10. It will be interesting to see how these numbers compare to the Chiller Grenade when it becomes officially available in the game.
