Dragons May Be Coming to Fortnite: Battle Royale
Recently, a leaker known as FortTory discovered something fascinating within Fortnite: Battle Royale. While exploring the game, FortTory stumbled upon five eggs hidden inside a prison cell beneath the castle in Polar Peaks. Using a glitch, FortTory managed to catch a glimpse of the dragon-like creatures inside the eggs and shared a video of his findings on his YouTube channel.

FortTory has dubbed these eggs “dragon eggs” due to their shape and previous information he discovered hidden in the game files after the 7.10 update. Following the update, he found egg models and even a sound file featuring what appears to be the heartbeat of the creature inside the egg.
Additionally, FortTory uncovered an asset named “IceCastle_Egg,” further supporting his theory.
Nonetheless, the one piece of information that remains elusive is the significance of these eggs. While it’s possible that they are a part of Season 7 and will become accessible once more ice melts in Polar Peaks, it remains unclear if and when they will hatch.
Our wildest speculation involves a season finale with dragons emerging from the eggs and causing chaos on the Fortnite island. They might freeze the entire map or a significant portion of it. Alternatively, they could be friendly creatures that players can ride as mounts if they drop into Polar Peaks in the future.
For now, all we can do is speculate. The eggs are real, they exist beneath Polar Peak, and they contain something alive. What lies ahead is only a matter of time.
