Ninja criticizes Fortnite’s vehicle changes, calling it a game for “losers”

Ninja expresses disappointment with Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3

Ninja, a well-known gaming influencer, has expressed dissatisfaction with the current season of Fortnite Chapter 2, titled Wrecked. One of the most notable changes this season is the addition of modded vehicles, which have gained popularity among players while also becoming a contentious and unpredictable part of the game.

Ninja recently revealed his dissatisfaction with the gameplay changes in Fortnite‘s current season during a live. He described a typical scenario in which players land in a remote area, loot, and then seek out a vehicle to assault their opponents. However, Ninja brought out the issue of relying heavily on automobiles, adding, “Now, I have got to drive a vehicle around and pray that I do not come across someone who has a worse vehicle than I.” This modification in gameplay has transformed Fortnite from a third-person shooter battle royale to a wild mayhem complete with customizable vehicles.

“Yeah, I will not be playing this game. I will not be. Full time Valorant streamer. Clip it. Clip it and ship it. This will be about two to three months of League of Legends and Valorant guys, so, we will figure it out.”

The Fortnite community is divided on the meta-defining vehicle upgrade. While some players appreciate the change and find it entertaining, others are disappointed with the game’s current state. One Redditor expressed frustration, writing, “Definitely broken as hell and think it is absurdly simple to win repeatedly.” They also criticized the game’s concentration on making it enjoyable for the majority of players, particularly younger ones, at the detriment of Fortnite’s competitive and construction elements.

The developer has added Flaming Boost Hoops to the playing area in addition to the nitro-powered vehicles from Wasteland Warriors. These hoops propel vehicles forward, allowing them to cause havoc on opponents. To make matters worse, mod upgrades like as Cow Catcher provide extra damage when they collide with players, while mounted guns with strong burst damage can eliminate opponents instantaneously.

“I don’t know whether I’m joking either, dude. I am very serious, I am not joking, dude! I just got killed in three seconds by a vehicle, by a turret, by a guy literally just seat-swapping and I didn’t have a car to get away, so I died.”

In response to the increasing domination of cars in Fortnite, several players have offered solutions, such as the inclusion of EMP weapons. The addition of these explosives may provide a countermeasure against automobiles while also restoring gameplay balance.

Overall, the gaming community’s reaction to the introduction of customized automobiles in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season Wrecked was mixed. Some players enjoy the game’s volatility and unpredictability, but others believe it hurts Fortnite’s competitiveness. It is unclear how the developer will respond to these complaints or whether any improvements will be made to restore the game’s balance.
