Fortnite Season Six: Big Developments Coming Soon
Fortnite: Battle Royale fans will have to exercise a little more patience before some major changes occur in Season Six.
Yesterday, the floating island made its way back to Leaky Lake at 3pm CT. As it settled around the crater, a purple portal and beam appeared above the house. Recent game files indicate that the portal will go through six different stages.

According to the text found in the game files, each stage is referred to as “BP_Growth_HouseGlow.uasset: PortalStage1” and progresses all the way up to stage six. It is speculated that each stage could correspond to one of the runes on the map. Currently, there is one missing rune, leaving six runes in their designated locations.
It is highly likely that each stage will occur daily at 3pm CT, with the final stage taking place on Sunday, Oct. 28. This will hopefully provide Fortnite fans with more information about the intriguing cube and the floating island.
