Moonton Games has issued a statement correcting their previous announcement regarding the release of the MLBB Chinese server.
The clash is underway as Moonton Games takes strides to boost the esports scene of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in China through the MLBB CN Pre-Season Invitational.
The tournament’s first phase, taking place from March 21 to 31, 2024, showcases eight prominent Chinese teams, including renowned esports organizations like JDG Gaming and Nova Esports.

As per Mike Chu, the MLBB CN Esports region head, they have a comprehensive plan to develop the game’s esports ecosystem in the country, starting with this tournament.
“Our aim is to create professional opportunities for grassroots and professional Chinese players, demonstrating the growth, strength, and potential of Chinese esports to over one billion global players,” he stated.
The tournament is divided into two stages. The top-ranked teams in the second stage earn a spot in the Mobile Legends Mid-Season Cup 2024 (MSC 2024) China qualifier.
During the qualifier, they will battle for two slots at MSC 2024, with a massive $3,000,000 prize pool up for grabs.
The second stage of the MLBB CN Pre-Season Invitational commences in April, while the MSC 2024 tournament kicks off on June 28, 2024.
