Chicken Fighters and mudgolems complete the lineup for the EU upper division of the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit

Chicken Fighters and Mudgolems Secure Spots in 2021 Dota Pro Circuit EU Upper Division

After an intense week of competition, the roster for the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit EU upper division has been finalized. Chicken Fighters and Mudgolems claimed the final two spots in the regional league after fighting from the brink of elimination in the lower bracket.

Both teams narrowly missed upsetting Vikin.gg and Alliance in the upper bracket of the closed qualifiers. However, they were able to secure their invites by dominating in the lower bracket. Now, Chicken Fighters and Mudgolems will be battling it out for a spot in the first Major of the season.

Chicken Fighters went through some changes after being released from Ninjas in Pyjamas. With only three players returning from their 2020 lineup, they have managed to position themselves well moving forward.

As for Mudgolems, two players left the team at the end of 2020. Despite this setback, they revamped their roster and are ready to compete in the DPC regional league with new additions.

Both Chicken Fighters and Mudgolems performed exceptionally well in the EU closed qualifiers, winning all their final round matches. They will now join Alliance and Vikin.gg in the upper division of the EU DPC regional league.

The matches for the regional leagues will kick off on January 18th, with the final schedule to be announced soon.
