Day 1 of Krakow Major Offline Qualifier: Results and Highlights

The first day of the Krakow Major Offline Qualifier is complete, with the initial round of the Swiss Format wrapping up. The matches were intense, with six teams taking it to overtime and others fighting for match point. Let’s take a closer look at the highlights:

G2 Esports and Team Liquid emerged victorious in thrilling double-overtime matches on Inferno. G2 Esports defeated Immortals 22-20, while Team Liquid knocked down TyLoo 22-19. FlipSid3 Tactics also made a comeback in overtime against Renegades, winning with a score of 19-16.

Penta Sports narrowly defeated OpTic Gaming on Train with a score of 16-14. Similarly, GODSENT secured a 16-14 victory against Team Dignitas on Overpass, thanks to a phenomenal performance by Markus “pronax” Wallsten.

Cloud9 and HellRaisers both triumphed over their opponents, BIG and Vega Squadron, respectively, with a score of 16-10. Notably, Jake “Stewie2K” Yip and Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham from Cloud9 showcased impressive clutches during their matches.
