VersionX Signs Misfits Star Florescent

VersionX Rebuilds Roster with Florescent, Noia, and Sarah

VersionX, a rising team in the VALORANT Game Changers scene, is set to rebuild their roster around the talented superstar Ava “florescent” Eugene. Joining her will be Nicole “Noia” Tierce and Sarah Simpson, as confirmed by multiple sources.

Florescent has established herself as one of the best players in the Game Changers scene, boasting impressive stats with a 1.55 K/D and a 205.5 ADR over the past three months, according to VLR.gg. Despite her personal success, Misfits fell short in the third series of VCT Game Changers North America against Shopify Rebellion in October. After their loss, florescent announced she would be leaving Misfits as they failed to qualify for the Game Changers Championship in Berlin, as reported by .

Noia initially played for Rix.GG Lightning in Europe, but later joined XSET Purple in March alongside fellow Danish player Cecille “Cille” Kallio. The roster struggled to find success, only reaching the main event once in the third series of VCT Game Changers North America. On December 8, Noia announced she was a free agent heading into the 2023 season through a tweet.

Sarah joined Immortals in March after the team held open tryouts for its Game Changers team. However, Immortals faced difficulties throughout 2022 and failed to reach the top three in any series of VCT Game Changers North America. After a challenging year, Sarah announced her departure from Immortals on December 2 via Twitter.

In 2023, VersionX aims to challenge top teams like Cloud9 White and Shopify Rebellion with their revamped roster. The remaining two members of the team have yet to be announced.
