XSET’s Highly Talented Roster Readies for First 2023 VALORANT Game Changers Event

XSET’s Impressive Roster Headed for VALORANT Game Changers Event

XSET is gearing up for the first Game Changers event of the year in VALORANT, and they’re entering the competition with a star-studded roster. With seasoned players leading the way, XSET aims to claim the first championship of the 2023 competitive season.

The team is comprised of Bob Tran, Katja “katsumi” Pfahnl, bunny bee, Melanie “rise” Tetreault, and panday. Bob Tran and Katja Pfahnl previously competed for Cloud9 White, bunny bee is a former XSET player, rise recently played for CLG Red, and panday has experience with various teams, most notably Sanri-O’s, who reached the top eight in last year’s Game Changers tournament.

Several organizations are announcing their rosters for the upcoming tournament qualifiers, starting tomorrow. XSET has a strong history of participating in the Game Changers tournaments and has consistently qualified for the main events since they entered the scene.

Now, with a new lineup consisting of experienced players like bob, rise, and katsumi, who have all excelled in previous Game Changers tournaments, XSET heads into 2023 with high hopes. Both bob and katsumi were part of the dominant Cloud9 roster that ruled the events until last year’s end, and rise played for CLG Red from early 2021 to early 2023.

Coach Dan “Danimal” Booth will guide the team through their first major challenge as they compete in the VALORANT Game Changers North America tournament, with open qualifiers set to begin tomorrow. With such a strong roster, fans have high expectations for XSET’s performance in their debut event.
