When is the end of VALORANT Episode 5, Act 3?

The End of VALORANT Episode 5, Act 3: What to Expect

The end of an act in VALORANT is an exciting time, filled with new content and changes. With the upcoming start of a new episode, Episode Five introduced several significant updates, including the debut of the map Pearl and the agent Harbor, along with features like map rotations, collection favorites, the Swiftplay game mode, and the Ascendant ranked in competitive. Although the episode may be ending, these changes will still be in effect. However, access to the Episode Five, Act Three battle pass will no longer be available.

As is customary with the end of an act, there will be a rank reset. Players will need to play at least one placement match to determine their new rank for Episode Six, Act One. It is important to note that players should expect to receive a rank slightly lower than their final rank for Episode Five.

When Does VALORANT Episode 5, Act 3 End?

The final day for VALORANT Episode Five, Act Three is Monday, Jan. 9. On Tuesday, Jan. 10, Episode Six, Act One will officially begin.

Once Episode Six, Act One launches, players can look forward to the introduction of the new map, Lotus, which will initially have its own separate queue from unrated and competitive. Additionally, Split will make a return with some minor changes.

As with previous acts, Episode Six, Act One is estimated to last approximately two months. During this act, Breeze and Bind will be removed from both the competitive and unrated queues.
