When does the VALORANT closed beta begin?

The Highly Anticipated Debut of VALORANT Closed Beta

Get ready, because the wait is finally over! The grand debut for one of the biggest games of the year begins today.

VALORANT, a competitive five-vs-five character-based first-person shooter developed by Riot, is almost here.

Created by the developers of League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, and Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT will feature nine playable characters at launch, each bringing their own unique set of abilities.

On the first day of the beta, players from North America, Europe, Russia, and Turkey will have access to VALORANT. Riot has also announced that in the upcoming weeks and months, the closed beta will expand to Asia, Africa, and South America.

To participate in the closed beta, simply register for a Riot account, link it to your Twitch account, and watch the specific VALORANT closed beta streams highlighted on the platform.

Although some luck may be involved, Riot has assured that there will be thousands of beta keys available for players.

The beta is set to begin on April 7 at 7am CT (1pm BST / 2pm CEST) and will continue until just before the official game launch in the summer.
