VALORANT’s Latest Teasers Hint at Upcoming Agent Reveal

VALORANT Teases Next Agent with Cryptic Trailers

Fans of VALORANT were treated to two cryptic teasers this week, leading to speculation about the highly anticipated reveal of the game’s next agent.

In recent months, Riot Games has been dropping subtle hints about the upcoming agent. A character wielding a rifle and labeled “Deadeye” was spotted in the Year One Anthem video. Additionally, many fans believe that the person with a French accent in the Fracture trailer is Deadeye and is responsible for the destruction seen in the video.

The latest State of the Agents September update provided further clues, confirming that the next agent will be a sentinel. The presence of a fancy business card and French words in the narration further support the theory that the upcoming agent is the narrator. Furthermore, new audio cues discovered in the Shooting Range correlate with Deadeye’s sophisticated appearance. References to Vincent Fabron, a French name, being barred from the facility in Fracture audio lines also hint at foul play.

This week, fans were presented with two more teasers that likely foreshadow the next character. A cryptic GIF featuring a rotating light illuminating a golden circle was shared, with visual similarities to the business card from the September update. Fans speculate that this could symbolize one of Deadeye’s abilities. Another teaser in the form of a GIF shows a bullet flying through the air, possibly referencing another one of Deadeye’s powerful skills.

Riot Games has yet to release any substantial information about the next agent, but the consecutive teasers suggest that a major reveal is imminent.
