VALORANT Pro nAts Departs M3C Roster, Now a Free Agent

Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin Departs from M3C Lineup, Becomes Free Agent

Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin, one of the top VALORANT players in the world, has announced that he is leaving the M3C lineup and is now a free agent. In a tweet, nAts stated that he has made the difficult decision to no longer play with his M3C teammates and that it is time for a change.

The decision from nAts comes shortly after he and his former M3C teammates became free agents themselves. They ended their affiliation with the Gambit organization due to Riot’s sanctions on Russian organizations in the aftermath of the Ukrainian invasion. The M3C lineup narrowly missed qualifying for Champions for the second year in a row, losing to Team Liquid in the EMEA LCQ grand finals.

nAts has been a key player for the M3C roster, playing agents like Viper and Cypher and contributing to their success since the Masters Three Berlin 2021 tournament. Known for his anchoring abilities and lurking skills, nAts was relied upon by M3C to make game-changing plays that would disrupt their opponents’ momentum.

M3C has added Seymon “purp0” Borchev as a substitute, but it is uncertain if he will join the starting roster. Despite nAts’ departure, M3C still has talented players like Redgar, sheydos, and Chronicle. Any team looking to compete in the EMEA league in 2023 would be interested in acquiring them.

Similarly, EMEA teams would consider recruiting a talented player like nAts, especially considering his young age of 20. During the upcoming offseason after the conclusion of Champions 2022, the esports community in EMEA will be eagerly watching where M3C and nAts will end up.
