VALORANT player finds Sova’s Owl Drone can pass through walls

VALORANT Player Discovers Wall Clipping Glitch with Sova’s Owl Drone

In a recent discovery, a VALORANT player has found several spots where Sova’s Owl Drone can clip through walls, giving players an unintended advantage. This glitch allows players to deploy the drone through walls and gain valuable information about enemy movement.

Knowing how to effectively use Sova’s Owl Drone is crucial, especially in ranked or competitive matches. Deploying the drone through a wall can be a game-changer, and being able to do it in multiple locations adds another level of strategic advantage.

The VALORANT player known as not-stratus uploaded a clip showcasing how they were able to deploy the Owl Drone through a wall near B Green on Icebox. By standing in a specific spot and facing towards the edge of the wall, the drone passed through the wall seamlessly. This glitch was also discovered in Tube, facing into Kitchen, providing attackers with the ability to drone through walls towards the B site from two different angles.

The same glitch has been replicated in at least three spots on Ascent and one area on Bind. The player believes that it can potentially be done on any thin wall, as long as the right angle is found. Additionally, other players have confirmed that a similar glitch can occur with Skye’s Trailblazer ability in the same location.

This unintended glitch provides an unfair advantage to certain abilities and should be addressed in a future update. It’s important to be aware of these locations to avoid being caught off guard by a drone suddenly appearing from a wall.
