VALORANT Developers Temporarily Close Night Market Due to Unexpected Store Issues

VALORANT Night Market Temporarily Closed Due to Glitches

Riot Games has temporarily shut down the beloved Night Market in VALORANT after receiving numerous reports of glitches. The market will remain closed indefinitely as developers work on a fix, according to a tweet from VALORANT on Twitter.

The Night Market in VALORANT offers players a selection of discounted skins, with the chance of acquiring different cosmetics based on luck. However, with the surprise closure of the shop, players will not have access to the Night Market for the time being.

Many players are disappointed with the closure, as the Night Market usually only lasts for 20 days at a time. This means there will be a shorter period to access the discounted cosmetics.

The 16th Night Market in VALORANT was scheduled to run from June 7 to June 27. It is uncertain whether there will be any compensation for the shutdown. However, it is likely that Riot Games may not offer compensation, as it could impact the game’s cosmetic revenue stream. VALORANT relies on cosmetics and battle passes to generate revenue, similar to other free-to-play titles like Fortnite, CS:GO, and League.

Players will have to wait for the Night Market to return in VALORANT, as Riot Games is currently working on fixing the issues. Once the issues are resolved, the shop will likely be reinstated.
