VALORANT content creator uncovers an ‘exploitable area’ on Icebox using Jett’s super dash

Jett Super Dash Exploit Discovered in VALORANT’s Icebox Map

The VALORANT community is buzzing with the latest exploit discovered by popular YouTuber HowToNoodle. In a video posted today, HowToNoodle reveals a “broken spot” at the top of the Icebox map that can completely confuse and outwit the opposing team. And all it takes is Jett’s super dash ability.

Jett’s Tailwind ability is known for propelling the agent in a straight line, allowing her to quickly escape danger or close the gap with an unsuspecting opponent. However, players have found that by using this ability on specific points of the Icebox map, they can achieve a super dash that launches them into the air.

To execute this strategy on Icebox, HowToNoodle explains that players should start from the attackers’ spawn point and stand on the crates placed on the side of the ramp. From there, they need to face a specific point towards the computer room inside the spawn and jump while holding the glide button. Once their body is halfway above the ramp, they can use Tailwind to propel themselves into the air. By then using Updraft, players can land on the edge of Garage’s roof, providing an advantageous position to eliminate mid players and flankers.

was able to reproduce this exploit by using only a single Updraft and saving the second charge for later use in the round. However, mastering this technique requires precise execution and leaves little room for error.

It is unclear whether this exploit is unintended by the game developers and whether Riot Games will patch it out. If it is deemed to compromise competitive integrity, the devs may intervene and remove it.
