Update on VALORANT Website Reveals Delay of New Agent Until 2 Weeks After Episode 3, Act 3 for Patch 3.10

VALORANT’s Next Agent Release Delayed Until Patch 3.10

If you’ve been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the next agent in VALORANT, you’ll have to wait a little longer. The release of the new agent has been delayed until Patch 3.10, as confirmed by character producer John Goscicki.

Goscicki explained that the delay was due to the agent not meeting the expected level of quality. He assured players that the team is working to deliver the best possible experience.

Riot has been dropping hints about the new agent for months, including a possible cameo in the Year One anthem video and hidden audio on the Range. The latest teaser on social media showcases the agent’s weapon of choice, a sleek golden rifle. Fans are excited to learn more about the agent’s abilities.

As of now, the blog post about the delay has not been officially published in English. However, it is still available on the Chinese version of the VALORANT site.

Update: Riot has released an official announcement about the delay. The new sentinel will be revealed on Friday, Oct. 29 at 10am CT.
