Riot Releases New Winter Wonderland Skins for VALORANT
Riot Games has unveiled a new set of holiday-themed skins for its popular first-person shooter game, VALORANT. The Winter Wonderland collection features festive cosmetics for the Ghost, Marshall, Phantom, and Vandal weapons, with a charming snowy village backdrop adorned in holiday decorations. Notably, the scene transitions from day to night depending on whether the player is standing in light or shade.
Candy Cane Melee Weapon and BlastX Collection
In addition to the Winter Wonderland skins, Riot has introduced a Candy Cane melee weapon, allowing players to deliver sweet peppermint-infused blows to their enemies. The holiday-themed skins also include the BlastX Collection, which features toy-inspired designs for the Frenzy, Spectre, Phantom, Odin, and melee weapons. The BlastX skins even come with a special finisher animation where enemies are wrapped like presents before disappearing.
Availability and Patch 1.14
Players can currently view the Winter Wonderland and BlastX skins in the Collection Tab of VALORANT, with the new skins expected to hit the in-game store soon.
