TSM refreshes VALORANT lineup, reintroducing a familiar face for VCT Challengers

TSM Brings Back Hazed and Signs NaturE for VALORANT Roster

TSM is making changes to its VALORANT roster for the upcoming 2023 season. The team will be bringing back veteran FPS player hazed and signing Nicholas “NaturE” Garrison, according to multiple sources.

TSM’s Struggles in the 2022 VCT Season

TSM faced difficulties in the 2022 VCT season. They failed to qualify for the main event in the Stage One North American VCT qualifier after a loss to Built By Gamers. Although they managed to qualify for the Stage Two main event, TSM finished last in their group with a 1-5 record. Their lackluster performance throughout the year also prevented them from qualifying for North America’s Last Chance Qualifier.

Hazed’s Time with NRG

During 2022, hazed played for NRG. They successfully qualified for both main events, although they did not make it to the playoffs in Stage One. In Stage Two, NRG made it to the playoffs with a 2-3 group stage record. They defeated teams like Ghost Gaming and Evil Geniuses but were ultimately stopped by FaZe Clan. Despite this, their fourth-place finish secured their spot at the NA LCQ. However, NRG faced tough competition and lost to 100 Thieves and Cloud9, ending their season.

NaturE’s Struggles with Gen.G

NaturE, formerly of Gen.G, had a challenging time with the Korean-based organization. They failed to qualify for any main events in 2022 and had to participate in third-party tournaments like the Knights Circuit Championship and the MCT Premiership.

Aside from hazed and NaturE, TSM’s new roster will consist of Johann “seven” Hernandez, Corey Nigra, and Anthony “gMd” Guimond. The team will be aiming to bounce back from their rough 2022 performance as they prepare for the Ascencion league. Open qualifiers for the league begin on Jan. 9.
