TSM Introduces Female VALORANT Team for VCT Game Changers Competition

TSM Announces New Women’s VALORANT Roster

The women’s VALORANT scene continues to grow and get more exciting with each passing day. Following CLG Red’s entry into VALORANT, another iconic NA esports brand has followed suit.

TSM has announced its new women’s VALORANT roster, consisting of Catherine “Cath” Leroux, Katherine “LunarKats” So, Emily “mle” Peters, Zoe “Zoe” Servais, and Mirna “Athxna” Noureldin. Cath, known as the “veteran leader,” brings her extensive championship experience from CS:GO with CLG Red and Dignitas to the team, while Athxna will serve as the in-game leader.

TSM was one of the first organizations to join the professional VALORANT scene when it signed the mouseSpaz roster in May 2020. This team consistently performed well in NA VALORANT in 2020, culminating in a grand finals appearance at First Strike. However, they have faced recent setbacks in the VCT after failing to qualify for Masters One.

The Game Changers series is a new initiative aimed at providing opportunities and exposure for women and other marginalized genders in the VALORANT esports scene. Moon Raccoons and CLG Red have also announced all-female rosters to compete at Game Changers, and now TSM has joined the mix.

TSM now joins Cloud9 as one of the only two prominent organizations to house both men’s and women’s VALORANT rosters. Evil Geniuses previously announced a mixed roster in late January.

The TSM women’s roster will make their debut in the VCT Game Changers open qualifiers on March 19.
