Top 4 VALORANT Teams Qualify for Semifinals in First Strike: NA Qualifiers

Top Four Teams Locked in for VALORANT First Strike Semifinals

The highly anticipated VALORANT First Strike qualifiers have reached the semifinals, with the top four teams solidifying their spots.

In a surprising upset, Canadian squad Gen.G managed to defeat the first-seeded Sentinels, while Team Envy narrowly emerged victorious over T1 in yesterday’s quarterfinal matches. On the other side of the bracket, TSM showcased their dominance against 100 Thieves, while Cloud9 Blue took down Slimy Boogermen.

Gen.G, Envy, TSM, and Cloud9 Blue Advance to Main Event

With these impressive results, Gen.G, Envy, TSM, and Cloud9 Blue have secured their spots in the main event. The main event is scheduled to take place on Dec. 3, offering a chance to compete for the First Strike title and a $100,000 prize pool. However, before they can reach the grand finals, they will need to prove themselves in the upcoming semifinals.

Semifinal Matchups and Schedule

Today at 4pm CT, Gen.G will face off against Envy, followed by TSM going head-to-head with Cloud9 Blue at 7pm CT. The winners of these best-of-three matches will advance to the grand finals.

Opportunity for Redemption and Second Qualification

For the teams that fell short in the Nerd Street Gamers quarterfinals—Sentinels, T1, 100 Thieves, and Slimy Boogermen—there is hope for redemption. They will have another chance to qualify in the UMG qualifiers on Nov. 18, where four additional teams will secure their spots in the First Strike regional finals.
