This glitch in VALORANT enhances Viper’s abilities significantly

Viper’s Poison Orb Trick in VALORANT Creates Major Distractions

In VALORANT, Viper’s Poison Orb is a powerful utility tool for support, but players have discovered a visual bug that can be quite tricky for opponents.

When placing the orb, players can quickly pop and pick it up, creating an illusion of two Poison Orbs being deployed rapidly one after the other. While the difference may be subtle, in a fast-paced game like VALORANT where every visual cue matters, it can serve as a significant distraction.

The Viper Double Smoke Trick

This bug, dubbed the “Viper Double Smoke” trick, was first discovered by popular YouTube creator Harsh Khelraay, who is known for his expertise with the toxic controller agent. It is similar to another popular trick called the Swoop Peak, where players recall an activated Poison Orb to gain a slight vision advantage over their opponents.

To recreate the Viper Double Smoke trick, simply place the orb, activate it, and recall it using the Q key immediately after activation. Check out the video below for a demonstration.

Enemy’s Perspective

Here’s how the Viper Double Smoke trick looks from the enemy’s perspective. You can compare it with the iconic Swoop Peak in the video below.

A Powerful VALORANT Mechanic

The ability to recall a smoke has been hailed as one of the most powerful mechanics in VALORANT, and Viper has often been criticized for it, being called “broken” numerous times. Playing as Viper allows for great unpredictability, giving players a significant advantage in high Elo matches where everyone has exceptional aim.
