TENSTAR VALORANT Welcomes Doma as Stanley’s Replacement

British organization TENSTAR signs Domagoj “Doma” Fancev to its VALORANT roster

British organization TENSTAR has added Fnatic substitute player Domagoj “Doma” Fancev to its VALORANT roster, according to multiple sources. Doma will replace Tramaine Stanley on the starting roster, and TENSTAR has already started practicing with him. An official announcement of his arrival is expected soon.

Doma joins TENSTAR for the upcoming European VCT

Doma, a former Fnatic player, will be competing with TENSTAR in the upcoming European VCT. The team has already secured a spot in the closed qualifier after having a successful record last year, alongside G2, Alliance, and Team BDS.

TENSTAR’s rise as one of Europe’s best teams

TENSTAR emerged as one of the top teams in Europe in 2021. During the VCT Stage Three Challengers Two in July 2021, TENSTAR finished in fourth place, just below Fnatic. They defeated Team BDS and Rix.GG on their run but were ultimately defeated by European giants Team Liquid and Fnatic.

Doma’s journey from Fnatic to TENSTAR

Doma was removed from Fnatic’s active roster on Dec. 14. Before his removal, he had played with the European team during VALORANT Champions, the highly anticipated event of the year. Fnatic had a successful campaign in the group stage, defeating North American team Cloud9 and Korean team Vision Strikers to qualify for the knockout stages through the upper bracket. However, they were eventually knocked out by Latin American team KRÜ Esports, who finished in the top four of the tournament.

Doma is expected to play alongside Jack “Br0die” Emmott, Calum “KRAY” Knight, Alexandre “xms” Forté, and Niko “polvi” Polvinen on the new TENSTAR roster.
