Tarik comments on allegations of JASONR avoiding games with women: ‘It’s rather odd’

JASONR and Tarik Get into Heated Argument over Allegations of Dodging Valorant Games with Women

In February, allegations surfaced that former Counter-Strike pro JASONR was avoiding playing Valorant games with women. During a recent Valorant game with fellow streamer Tarik, JASONR admitted to not defending him, which led to a heated argument between the two.

After the game, Tarik and JASONR tried to resolve their issues by discussing them in a lobby together, but their conversation quickly turned into a heated argument.

JASONR expressed his disappointment in Tarik, saying, “You are in a position to tell people, ‘yo JASONR is not the person that these people are trying to label him as.’ You are in that position and you chose to be quiet.”

Tarik responded by stating his belief that JASONR does dodge queues when there are women on his team, saying, “Yes I have hung out with you and your girlfriend, sure, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that there’s undeniable evidence that you clearly dodge queues vs girls.”

During the conversation, Tarik expressed his disagreement with JASONR’s behavior, stating, “If I play with you, then it seems like I support that behavior, and I don’t. I don’t know why you do it, it’s your personal reason, it’s your private matter, but I don’t agree with it and I think that it is weird.”

JASONR previously defended himself against these allegations, claiming that his game crashed rather than intentionally dodging. However, during the discussion with Tarik, he admitted for the first time that he does dodge games with women out of respect for his relationship with his wife.

Despite the hour-long conversation, both parties failed to reach a resolution on the ongoing Valorant situation.
