Talon Esports Unveils VCT 2023 Line-up with Former Overwatch Sensation

Talon Esports Reveals VALORANT Roster for APAC International League

Thai organization, Talon Esports, has announced its VALORANT roster for the upcoming inaugural season of the APAC international league in 2023.

Talon Esports has signed six players to their organization, with former Overwatch player, Patiphan Chaiwong, leading the team. Patiphan previously left Overwatch to pursue a career in VALORANT in 2020, but later returned to the Overwatch League with the Los Angeles Gladiators.

However, Patiphan has now returned to VALORANT following his retirement from Overwatch on September 22 and subsequent release from the Gladiators.

Talon Esports, which joined VALORANT earlier this year, has also added former XERXIA players Thanamethk “Crws” Mahatthananuyut, Panyawat “sushiboys” Subsiriroj, and Itthirit “foxz” Ngamsaard to their roster alongside Patiphan.

Both Apiwat “garnetS” Apiraksukumal and Jittana “JitboyS” Nokngam complete the roster for VCT 2023.

Talon Esports is set to compete in the VCT 2023 kick-off tournament, which will begin in February and conclude at the start of March. The tournament will feature all 30 partnered teams from around the world battling it out for the championship.

The winner of the kick-off tournament, held in São Paulo, Brazil, will secure an additional slot for their region at VCT Masters later in the year.

During the APAC international league split in late March, Talon Esports will face off against other partnered teams including T1, Gen.G, DRX, DetonatioN Gaming, Paper Rex, and Team Secret.
