Streamer achieves last-second VALORANT ace using a drawing tablet controller

Competitive VALORANT player achieves last-second ace using a drawing tablet as a controller

Many competitive VALORANT players invest in top-of-the-line peripherals to minimize latency and increase their chances of winning. However, one unique streamer has taken a different approach by using a drawing tablet as their controller.

Recently, during a livestream on Twitch, Star_Rain_ amazed viewers by pulling off a last-second ace while using this unconventional setup.

Even though Star_Rain_ was the last player standing, eliminating the opposing team went according to plan until the final showdown against the enemy Raze.

During this intense exchange, as Star_Rain_ was aligning their aim with the target, Raze launched her ultimate rocket directly at them. Luckily, Star_Rain_ managed to secure the final elimination just moments before the rocket hit, ultimately winning the round for their team.

In the past, content creators have experimented with various controllers to add an extra challenge to their games. While most of these experiments were purely for scientific purposes, Star_Rain_ regularly competes in VALORANT and other FPS titles using their drawing tablet as a controller.

On Star_Rain_’s Twitch channel, the streamer provides details about the drawing tablet and how it functions as their shooting and aiming device, with the rest of the controls managed by their left hand.
