Sources: 100 Thieves VALORANT Team Practices Without Ethan and Hiko

100 Thieves Makes Roster Changes in Preparation for VALORANT Champions Tour Stage Two Challengers

North American organization 100 Thieves has recently made some changes to its VALORANT roster. Ethan Arnold and Spencer “Hiko” Martin have been temporarily replaced by three new players, according to multiple sources.

The new additions to the team are Sean “bang” Bezerra and Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk who will be playing alongside SoaR in-game leader Brenden “stellar” McGrath, former Built by Gamers player William Cheng, and Rise player Derrek Ha, as reported by multiple sources.

Derrek and Stellar are close to signing with 100 Thieves, although Will’s situation remains uncertain. Ethan and Hiko are likely to remain under contract with the organization.

While the interim roster has not been finalized, there may still be some last-minute changes before the start of the VALORANT Champions Tour Stage Two Challengers in May.

Previously, Will and Bang played together on Built by Gamers, where they achieved some success. They managed to knock out TSM in the fourth round of the lower bracket during the second Stage One Challengers open qualifier held on February 7. Unfortunately, BBG was defeated by Rise in the final round and did not qualify for the tournament.

In 100 Thieves’ most recent match, they faced off against SoaR in the BOOMTV Proving Grounds, which concluded on March 17. Stellar’s team emerged victorious with a 2-0 win, eliminating 100 Thieves from the tournament.

Looking ahead, 100 Thieves will be competing in the second stage of VCT Challengers, scheduled to begin on May 5.
