San Francisco Shock DPS Player Sinatraa Leaves the Team

The San Francisco Shock has announced today that Overwatch DPS player Sinatraa is leaving the team. Sinatraa, who was last year’s Overwatch League MVP, helped lead the Shock to a grand finals win in 2019 against the Vancouver Titans.

Sinatraa Pursues Pro Career in VALORANT

According to a report by ESPN Esports, Sinatraa is departing from the competitive Overwatch scene to pursue a professional career in VALORANT. He is expected to sign with Sentinels, the former owner of the Los Angeles Gladiators.

Youngest Player Signed to Overwatch League Team

Sinatraa joined the San Francisco Shock at the age of 17 when the Overwatch League first began. After an impressive performance at the 2017 Overwatch World Cup, rumors of his substantial salary earned him the nickname “Mr. 150k.” He was unable to compete in the Overwatch League until he turned 18 during the first season.

Rise to Fame and Overwatch League MVP Title

Despite a challenging first season in the Overwatch League, the San Francisco Shock bounced back in 2019. Sinatraa showcased his skills on multiple damage and tank heroes, earning him the title of 2019 Overwatch League MVP.

Sinatraa expressed his decision to leave the Overwatch scene and expressed gratitude towards his teammates on the San Francisco Shock in a statement shared on Twitter.
