Sacy Faces Account Lockout Upon Arrival in North America in VALORANT

Sentinels Player Sacy Seeks Riot’s Help with VALORANT Account Transfer

Gustavo “Sacy” Rossi, a player for Sentinels, has reached out to Riot for assistance after facing difficulties playing VALORANT on his account following his move to North America.

Account Transfer Request

Sacy, who previously played on the Brazilian server, took to Twitter to ask his followers if it was possible to transfer his account to the North American region in order to play on the VALORANT servers there.

Status Update

Unfortunately, Sacy’s initial ticket request did not go as planned. He was informed that he would need to log in to his account for two consecutive weeks each day in order to access his account in the new region, a standard requirement for most players.

At present, Sacy plans to use a new account to participate in ranked matches on the North American servers. While he will still be able to play VALORANT, he will need to connect to the servers without any connection to the Brazilian servers.

Sacy’s Plans and Sentinels’ Competitions

Sacy is eager to get some additional practice on the server as he prepares to compete with Sentinels in the upcoming year. Sentinels recently signed both Sacy and his former LOUD teammate Bryan “pancada” Luna to the VALORANT roster following the departures of Shahzeb “ShahZaM” Khan and Michael “dapr” Gulino.

Sentinels will be participating in the kick-off tournament in February, which will mark the first VALORANT event of 2023 organized by developer and tournament organizer Riot Games. The tournament will also serve as the inaugural event for the new VALORANT Champions Tour international league format, featuring 30 teams across three major regions.
