Riot to Accommodate VALORANT Fans’ Requests by Rolling Over Daily Missions at Local Morning Hours

Riot Games Changes Daily Mission Rollover in Response to Fan Feedback

Good news for Valorant players! Riot Games has heard your complaints about the daily mission reset timings and is making a change. Instead of the previous rollover timings, all missions will now reset between 4am and 8am local time. This shift in schedule aims to prevent players from being online and playing the game when the new missions are implemented. Additionally, this change may help resolve any bugs related to daily missions being reset or not appearing at all, which Riot has been actively working on fixing.

Listen to what Valorant has to say about the daily mission reset changes:

While this change may not directly impact a large number of players, it is a welcome adjustment for those who were frustrated with the inconsistent rollover times. Although it won’t affect the difficulty of the actual missions, this new schedule brings a positive change to the daily process.

The importance of daily missions cannot be understated, as they encourage players to explore new aspects of the game, provide consistent XP rewards, and contribute to the progression of Agent Contracts. Riot’s attention to detail in addressing the reset rollover issue is a promising sign for the game’s future and its approach to progression mechanics.

It’s worth noting that these changes do not apply to the weekly missions, which reset around 6:30am CT every Tuesday. However, there may be potential adjustments to the weekly mission system in the future. Keep in mind that the Twitter replies regarding these changes are currently focused on players using #DefyTheLimits to request custom banners, so don’t expect immediate feedback from that channel.
