Riot resolves Reyna exploit and reinstates Haven in VALORANT’s competitive queues

VALORANT: Haven Exploit Fixed, Map Available for Ranked Play

In a recent update, Joe Ziegler, the game director of VALORANT, announced that the Haven exploit has been fixed and the map is now available for ranked queues. The exploit allowed players to use Reyna to pass through the platform on C-site and plant the Spike, causing disruption in gameplay. However, Ziegler confirmed that the issue has been resolved, and Haven has been reintroduced into the rotation for competitive play.

Reyna Exploit Resolved

The Reyna exploit occurred when players used her Dismiss ability, which grants invulnerability to enemy attacks. By crouching near the platform, players could access a hidden crawl space and plant the Spike, making it nearly impossible for the defending team to defuse it without a Reyna. This exploit has been fixed, ensuring fair gameplay for all participants.

More Exploits Discovered

Despite fixing the Haven exploit, there are reports of other exploits circulating within VALORANT. One player found that Omen can see the enemy Cypher’s trapwires and camera placements by entering the “phaser” world to cast smokes and observing faint glimmers of the utility skills. It remains unclear if Riot is aware of this issue and whether there are plans to address it through a hotfix.

VALORANT players can now enjoy Haven once again in the competitive queue without worrying about unfair advantages. Stay tuned for further updates on the game and potential fixes for any existing exploits.
