VALORANT Offseason 2023: Riot Plans Over 40 Events Worldwide

The 2023 VALORANT season is ending with the VCT Champions finals in the U.S., and players are eager to know what Riot has in store for the offseason. To address this demand, Riot Games has announced the OFF//SEASON, a series of more than 40 events taking place from August 26, 2023, to January 2024. These events will include various competitions, from online show matches to LAN tournaments across major regions.

The Americas OFF//SEASON events for VCT 2023

Here is a list of all the planned events in the Americas region for the VCT 2023 OFF//SEASON ordered by date:

1. AGS Cup: A tournament culminating in a live LAN event from September 3 to October 16 at the Argentina Game Show in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. Neon Dream Women’s VALORANT Invitational: An online competition running from September 6 to September 10 for all North American players.

3. Resistance Cup by G-Shock: An online competition from September 12 to September 15 featuring eight invited Brazilian VALORANT organizations.

4. The Knight’s Forge: A LAN event from September 21 to September 24, taking place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and featuring the top 32 NA teams.

5. For Those Who Dare: An online event followed by a LAN tournament from September 30 to November 4, concluding at the ASUS ROG HQ in California. This event includes tier one, two, and Game Changers teams.

6. Liquid Open: A multi-region tournament happening from October 2 to October 15, conducted remotely online.

7. MEG 2023: An online tournament with LAN finals from October 5 to November 4 for Latin American teams, concluding with a LAN portion in Brazil.

8. ACE Double Down: An online tournament from October 19 to October 18 for LATAM-based teams.

9. Spike Drop: Vegas Heist: A LAN tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada, from October 27 to October 29.

10. Plant the Spike for Charity: A charity tournament from November 2 to November 5, entirely conducted online for LATAM North players and content creators.

11. The Cozy Clash: An online NA tournament with LAN finals from November 6 to December 7. The Game Changers teams will compete in the finals in Frisco, Texas.

12. The OFF//SEASON Showdown: An online tournament hosted by talent member Sean Gares from November 10th to November 12th. This event gives regular players a chance to face pro teams from all tiers.

13. SUPERDOME: A LAN event from November 10th to November 12th offering LATAM teams a chance to compete in Columbia.

14. VALORANT Cross-Fire: An online event from November 15 to November 26 for LATAM North and South Challengers and Game Changers teams to compete against each other.

15. GGWP 2023: A LAN event from November 25 to November 26, aiming to connect esports fans to live players in Brazil.

16. Geek Lounge VALORANT Invitational: An online tournament from November 28 to December 9 for eight LATAM South teams.

Pacific OFF//SEASON events for VCT 2023

Here is a list of all the planned events in the Pacific region for the VCT 2023 OFF//SEASON ordered by date:

1. Mineski VxV 2023: A Filipino event with both online and offline portions happening from August 18 to November 5.

2. TEC Challenger Series: An online tournament with LAN finals from September 2 to September 3, hosted in the GMC Balayogi Sports Complex in India.

3. The VALORANT Sensational Social Summer Shindig: An online tournament from September 8 to September 10 featuring top talents from Oceania.

4. Red Bull Home Ground: Returning from September 11 to November 5, this event will include a LAN event in Tokyo with local and international teams.

5. The Nerdpunt Invitational: An online tournament from September 15 to October 29 for Oceania teams.

6. XP Esports: Weekend events for players in Oceania, taking place on October 4, October 18, November 1, November 15, and November 22 in local LAN Centers in Queensland.

7. Japan Hype Up Tour JAPAN: A tour-based live tournament from October 2 to November 11, traveling from Osaka to Nagoya and Shibuya in Japan.

8. TEN_ VALORANT GLOBAL INVITATIONAL: A LAN event from October 7 to October 8, featuring four teams from around the world competing live in Busan, South Korea.

9. FFL RESORT in Okinawa: A live vacation event from October 13 to October 15, with pro players and streamers competing for fun in Okinawa.

10. The Liquid Open Powered by IMC: An online tournament from October 9 to October 22 for players from Australia and New Zealand.

11. Penta Pro Series VALORANT Season Two: An online tournament with LAN finals from October 25 to December 10, ending with finals live in Mumbai.

12. VALORANT Game Changers OCE: An online event from November 11 to November 19.

13. HACG CUP: An online tournament with LAN finals on November 18, giving students the chance to play with professionals.

14. VALORANT India Invitational ’23: A LAN event from November 24 to November 26, hosted in India.

3. Crossfire x Mediamarkt e Intel: An online tournament with LAN finals from October 2 to November 12, ending in Barcelona, Spain.

4. THE POKAL: An online group stage with offline playoffs starting in October and ending in December, featuring 24 teams from across the DACH region.

5. STYRDA VALORANT NORDIC CLASH: An online tournament starting on October 2 and ending on December 17, deciding the true Nordic VALORANT champions.
