Riot Teases Upcoming VALORANT Content in 2021
If you loved the skin lines in VALORANT this year, you’ll be pleased to know that Riot has unveiled some exciting teasers for upcoming content in 2021. In their latest blog post, the game’s developers shared a sneak peek of what’s to come.
The premium content team has been hard at work since VALORANT’s official release, delivering 26 unique skin lines, over 130 gun skins, three battle passes, and 13 character contracts.
For next year, Riot has exciting plans, including a special new gun buddy, a yellow and green Judge skin, a graffiti-themed Operator skin, and a sleek, pink-colored Phantom. There’s also a multi-colored Odin skin inspired by a Nerf gun.
While not confirmed in the blog post, these may be part of larger skin lines launching in the future. Riot even gave a sneak peek of a new spray featuring an alien-like creature enjoying strawberry jam from a jar.
Riot has a strong reputation for their in-game cosmetics, as seen in their work with League of Legends. While some players have expressed concerns about the prices of these skins, Riot may make changes over time.
