Renegades Finalizes VALORANT Roster with New Addition, Jerk

Renegades Announces Justin “Jerk” Milani as Fifth Player on VALORANT Roster

Renegades, the renowned esports organization, revealed today that Justin “Jerk” Milani will be joining their VALORANT roster as their fifth player. Fans can witness Jerk’s competitive debut tomorrow at the Pittsburgh Knights Monthly Gauntlet.

Jerk’s Journey to Renegades

Jerk has been playing with various smaller VALORANT teams since June 2020 and recently competed with Reformed. Throughout 2021, he has primarily played with this team and is now getting the opportunity to be a part of a prominent roster. Although he has a background as a duelist, Jerk is versatile enough to transition to the vacant controller role on Renegades when needed.

Renegades’ Pursuit of Success

Despite winning several smaller events, Renegades have yet to achieve victory in a major tournament. The team made it to the North American First Strike main event but was ultimately eliminated by TSM in the quarterfinals. Since then, they have faced difficulties and haven’t seen much success in the VALORANT Champions Tour.

Renegades recently made the decision to part ways with Chuck “CP2” Proud due to things becoming stagnant for the team. According to Renegades coach Evan “Warbirds” Olzem, a fresh start was needed.

Renegades’ Road to Redemption

Renegades is often considered the gatekeeper to the tier-one scene by lower-tier teams. However, the organization is determined to reclaim its position among North America’s top VALORANT teams. They will face Cracked and Dialed in the Pittsburgh Knights Monthly Gauntlet and also aim to secure a spot at Masters Three Berlin during VCT Stage Three.
