The final VALORANT Act of 2023 is almost here, and it’s set to bring exciting in-game content. Along with a new battle pass, weapon collection, and rank reset, we’ll also be getting a new duelist agent after a year and a half wait.
Episode Seven, Act Two is coming to an end, and the new Act will begin shortly after a server maintenance session by Riot Games.

Episode Seven, Act Three release date and time in VALORANT
The new Act will begin a few hours after Act Two ends, so it’ll be released on Oct. 31. Riot Games conducts server maintenance after each Act ends, which may last between two to four hours.
Here are the approximate release times for the new Act in different regions:
- North America: Act Three will start on 31/10/2023 between 8:00 to 10:00 PT.
- Latin America: Act Three will start on 31/10/2023 between 8:00 to 10:00 PT.
- Brazil: Act Three will start on 31/10/2023 between 8:00 to 10:00 PT.
- Asia Pacific: Act Three will start on 31/10/2023 between 16:00 to 18:00 PT.
- Korea: Act Three will start on 31/10/2023 between 16:00 to 18:00 PT.
- Europe: Act Three will start on 31/10/2023 between 22:00 to 00:00 PT(Nov. 1).
Once the maintenance is over, you can download the patch and start playing the new Act.
New agent in VALORANT Episode Seven, Act Three
VALORANT’s sixth duelist is reportedly named ISO and is possibly of Singaporean or Chinese origin. Riot has released four visual hints about the agent so far, including a picture of him at a hotpot restaurant in Singapore.
All teasers for VALORANT’s Agent 24
The first teaser showed the agent eating at a hotpot restaurant. Fans made a connection to a hotpot chain based in Singapore. Riot has also released videos teasing the agent’s potential aim-lock ability.
Agent 24 will be launched with Episode Seven, Act Three, making a total of 23 agents in VALORANT.
VALORANT Agent 24’s name and appearance leaked
On Oct. 17, Valor Leaks revealed the agent’s name as Iso and gave a glimpse of his black-and-white suit. More details about his abilities are yet to be discovered.
Battle pass, weapon collections, and more
Episode Seven, Act Three’s release will bring a new Battlepass and weapon collection. The theme of the collection is yet to be revealed. There may also be agent changes in the update, possibly including a Deadlock buff.
