Disguised Teases a Possible Comeback to NA VALORANT Challengers Scene

Disguised, one of the most beloved VALORANT teams in North America, may be making a return to the competitive scene. The team has released a simple image on social media that has sparked excitement among fans. The image features five stick figures with question marks on their faces and the caption “We back.” An announcement is expected on Monday, July 10.

While some fans speculate that Disguised is forming a new roster to compete in the highly-competitive NA Challengers scene, others believe they may return to the Game Changers scene, where they had a brief stint a few months ago.

Disguised’s previous Challengers roster was one of the most talked-about stories of 2023. The team made headlines when they signed superstar Jaccob “yay” Whiteaker in April, making them an even bigger fan favorite. However, the revamped roster failed to meet expectations, losing every match in the split and failing to secure a single map win in the NA Play-in Relegation. This disappointing performance resulted in their elimination from Challengers.

In response to the team’s poor performance, yay expressed his disappointment and frustration, stating that the mistakes made by the team were unacceptable and that ranked players could have performed better. He even pledged to donate his last paycheck to charity, feeling he didn’t deserve it.

For Disguised fans, this could be a fresh start for the organization after their disappointing first roster. More information will be revealed in the coming days, so stay tuned.
