Phoenix’s Run it Back Emerges as the Most Popular VALORANT Ultimate in the US

Most Popular VALORANT Ultimates by Region

In a recent update, Riot Games has revealed the most popular VALORANT ultimates by region. The data shows that players in the United States prefer using Phoenix’s ultimate ability, “Run it Back.” Brazilians, on the other hand, unsurprisingly favor Raze’s ultimate ability, “Showstopper,” as she hails from Salvador. Interestingly, Jett’s ultimate ability, “Bladestorm,” is the preferred choice in every other region across the world.

Phoenix’s Success in the United States

When VALORANT officially launched in Patch 1.0, Riot Games made significant changes to Phoenix to address his underwhelming performance during the beta. These changes included improved healing and flashes, as well as the ability to reload weapons when respawning from Run it Back. These adjustments have played a pivotal role in Phoenix’s success, particularly among U.S. players who are taking full advantage of the agent’s enhanced abilities.

Brazil’s Love for Raze’s Showstopper

Despite Raze undergoing numerous nerfs since the launch of VALORANT, Brazilian players continue to represent their country by favoring her ultimate ability, “Showstopper.” The explosive power of the rocket launchers seems to resonate well with the Brazilian gaming community.

Jett’s Bladestorm Dominance

As the poster child of VALORANT, Jett’s popularity spans across the world, and it comes as no surprise that her ultimate ability, “Bladestorm,” is heavily utilized in various regions. Her effectiveness with the Operator, a powerful sniper rifle, and her ability to wield blades in close-combat situations make her an appealing choice for players in Mexico, Turkey, Russia, Korea, and CIS.
