Paper Rex player claims his travel pass for VCT Masters Berlin is pending approval

Paper Rex’s Khalish “d4v41” Rusyaidee May Require a Stand-In for VCT Masters Berlin

Paper Rex, one of the VALORANT teams from Southeast Asia, has qualified for VCT Masters Berlin. However, their player Khalish “d4v41” Rusyaidee may not be able to participate due to travel restrictions in Malaysia.

Travel Pass Approval Delayed for d4v41

d4v41 took to social media to express his problem. He explained that every Malaysian citizen needs a travel pass to leave the country, and unfortunately, his pass has not yet been approved. He reached out for help on Twitter, asking others to spread awareness about his situation.

Impressive Performance Leading up to VCT Masters Berlin

Paper Rex secured their spot in VCT Masters Berlin by finishing as the runners-up in the SEA VCT: Stage Three Challengers Playoffs. They delivered dominant performances against CBT Gaming, BOOM Esports, and Bren Esports in the upper bracket, ultimately falling to Bren Esports in the grand final.

d4v41 played a crucial role in Paper Rex’s success, posting impressive statistics throughout the tournament. According to VLR.gg’s statistics, he had an average Combat Score (ACS) of 220.3, a Kill/Death ratio (K/D) of 1.22, and an Average Damage per Round (ADR) of 141.3. He ranked third on the team, closely behind Jason “f0rsakeN” Susanto and Benedict “Benkai” Tan.

Time Crunch to Resolve Travel Pass Issue

VCT Masters Berlin is set to begin in just 16 days, leaving little time for d4v41 to obtain his travel pass. It is crucial for teams to arrive in Germany early to practice and prepare for the international LAN event. While Paper Rex has not commented on the situation yet, an update from the organization is expected soon.
