One Rank in VALORANT Proven Far More Toxic than Others, Say Players.

Toxic Players: Is Ascendant the Worst Rank in VALORANT?

When it comes to toxic players in multiplayer games, VALORANT is no exception. According to the game’s community, there is one rank that stands out as particularly toxic.

Recently, a player took to Reddit to ask which rank has the most toxic individuals in VALORANT. The overwhelming response pointed to Ascendant, the game’s third-highest rank. And the reasons behind this claim are quite compelling.

Players pointed out that as soon as some players reach a high rank, especially Ascendant, their egos inflate dramatically.

One player stated, “The higher you are, the more toxic it gets, 1000000%. In Iron/Bronze, you’re lucky to have two teammates with mics. But in Asc/Imm, there are players with no game sense who rely solely on aim and think they’re the next TenZ.”

Interestingly, high ranks like Radiant, the best rank in the game, have fewer toxic players. This could be because these ranks consist of a smaller, more refined group of people, including streamers, content creators, and pros who tend to have a more laid-back attitude.

Are Low Ranks as Toxic as They Seem?

In many multiplayer games, it’s commonly believed that low ranks, such as Bronze and Silver in VALORANT and League of Legends, or Silver and Gold in CS:GO, have the most toxic players. However, as some players pointed out, most players in these ranks rarely use in-game communication and are generally easy-going.

As someone who has experienced being stuck in lower ranks across various games, I find it hard to disagree. While there may be plenty of toxic individuals, they often aren’t very talkative.
