North America’s VCT Stage 3 Kicks Off on July 1, Concludes with Aug. 11 Challengers Final

NA VALORANT Champions Tour Stage Three Schedule Revealed

The final part of the VALORANT Champions Tour Stage Three schedule has been unveiled, including the starting dates for the North American Challengers events.

NA VCT Stage Three kicks off on July 1, with the open qualifiers for Challengers One lasting three days. Following the qualifiers, the main event for Challengers One will take place from July 8 to 11. After a two-week break, the Challengers Two open qualifiers will begin on July 22, followed by the Challengers Two main event starting on July 29.

The culmination of these events will be the NA Challengers Playoffs, starting on Aug. 11, which will determine the three teams advancing to the next international LAN, VCT Masters Three Berlin. In addition to NA, other regions like EMEA, Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia will have increased representation in the expanded format at the next Masters event.

It is expected that the NA Stage Three events will follow the same format as Stage Two, although this has yet to be confirmed. The open qualifiers will produce eight teams to compete in the double-elimination bracket of Challengers One, with the top four teams advancing to the Challengers Playoffs. The bottom four teams from Challengers One will join four teams from another open qualifier at Challengers Two, with the top four teams also moving on to the Challengers Playoffs, which will once again be a double-elimination bracket.

In the previous stage, Sentinels and Version1 reached the grand finals of the Challengers Finals, securing their spots in Masters Two. V1 achieved a top-six placement in Reykjavík, while Sentinels emerged as the champions of the tournament without dropping a single map.

The official account for NA VALORANT esports stated that additional details regarding NA VCT Stage Three will be announced early next week. The matches will commence after the beginning of Episode Three, but there is no official confirmation on whether the matches will be played on the new patch.
