ShahZaM Not Retiring from Competitive Play After Removal from Sentinels’ VALORANT Roster

Shahzeb “ShahZaM” Khan, who was reportedly cut from Sentinels’ VALORANT roster for the 2023 VCT season, is determined to continue his competitive journey.

In a recent stream, the 28-year-old player addressed the situation, stating, “I’m still competing. I’m not going anywhere.”

ShahZaM’s contract with Sentinels is set to expire this year, and it has been widely reported that he will be leaving the organization. Reflecting on his time with Sentinels since April 2020, ShahZaM said, “I’ve been extremely fortunate the last three years. This is just a natural thing in life. I’ve been here before.”

Although he did not reveal his specific plans for the future, ShahZaM’s experience in VALORANT and Counter-Strike suggests that he will find a new team soon.

Sentinels is currently in the process of rebuilding their VALORANT roster. They have already signed two new coaches, Don “SyykoNT” Muir and Adam “kaplan” Kaplan, and Zachary “zekken” Patrone is set to join the team for the next season. According to , it appears that Rory “Dephh” Jackson will also be joining the team.
