List of VALORANT Teams Applying for North American VCT Partnership in 2023

Over 150 organizations from North America have submitted proposals to partner with Riot Games’ 2023 VALORANT league.

The upcoming league in the Americas, which has yet to be named officially, is expected to include 10 teams from North America, Brazil, and Latin America. However, the number of teams may change. Several teams, including TSM, 100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses, and Version1, have publicly announced their applications for partnership, while others have applied privately.

Here is a list of all the publicly known or reported teams that have applied for North American VALORANT partnership in 2023.

Current active roster: Subroza, corey, Rossy, gMd, seven Inactive: bang (on loan at 100 Thieves)

Teams and Organizations Denied Partnership or Exiting VALORANT

Shopify Rebellion

Shopify Rebellion announced on July 20 that it was denied partnership for VCT 2023. The roster is still set to compete at LCQ.

Current roster: TiGG, bdog, dazzLe, mada, moose

  • Fifth/sixth place at 2022 NA Stage One Challengers (as Luminosity)
  • Seventh/eighth place at 2022 NA Stage Two Challengers (as Luminosity)

Luminosity

Exited VALORANT on June 2 for “the foreseeable future.” The roster was transferred to Shopify Rebellion.

Ghost Gaming

Ghost Gaming has reportedly not been selected to proceed with the partnership. The future of the VALORANT roster is unknown.

SoaR

Built By Gamers will reportedly consider staying in VALORANT pending information about the NA domestic league.

NYFU (NYXL) exited VALORANT and made the entire roster available for transfer.
